Shipping & Returns

Customers can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail within 14 days of the order shipment date for a full refund or credit for qualifying order.

How do I return an item?


Customers are responsible for any return costs. Therefore, use a trackable and insured shipping method, we cannot accept COD returns. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. The original shipping costs are not refundable. All items must be sent back, containing return slip, to the following address: DOT & STRIPE NEW YORK 1384 Broadway #401 New York, NY 10018 U.S.A. We will notify you once your return is processed.




How do I exchange an item?


Customer needs to notify by email before making any exchanges is order to verify the availability of the items. There will be two options for exchange methods.

  • For another size or color, as long as it is the same price, no additional payments are necessary.
  • For a different item, we will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item.
Once again, the customer is resonsible for sending the items for any exchanges. We will notify by email once the item is received and send the new item to the original shipping address.




How do I return or exchange my item if I am an international customer?

We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit so please be sure to send your return or exchange using a method that provides a tracking number. How will I receive my refund?


Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, we will refund to the original form of payment. Items returned after 14 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.




How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?


We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. From the date we have processed the return it can take up to 5 days for the funds to appear on your account.




What if my product is damaged or defective?


If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email to info@dotandstripeny.com and we will help you exchange or return the item. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.




How will my order be shipped?


Shipping methods / Lead time / Price / Delivery comment UPS Ground / 1 - 5 business days / Free / Delivery based on distance to destination. *Alaska and Hawaii: email us for special request. A separate invoice will be sent with an additional shipping cost $25 *International (Canada, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia) (5-7 days): $25

UPS Next Day Air Saver* / Next business day / $25 / Delivery by the end of the next business day for orders placed before 1pm EST. UPS 2nd Day Air* / 2 business days / $20 / Delivery by end of the second business day for orders placed before 1pm EST




How long will it take to ship?


Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process before being shipped. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note, international orders may take longer.




International Delivery


Orders outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
