Customers can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail within 14 days of the order shipment date for a full refund or credit for qualifying order.

Customer needs to notify by email before making any exchanges is order to verify the availability of the items. There will be two options for exchange methods.
For another size or color, as long as it is the same price, no additional payments are necessary.
For a different item, we will issue a refund and you can purchase a new item.
How do I return or exchange my item if I am an international customer?
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been received, inspected and approved, we will refund to the original form of payment. Items returned after 14 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.
How long will it take for my return or exchange to process?
We will email you once your return or exchange is processed. From the date we have processed the return it can take up to 5 days for the funds to appear on your account.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email to email@example.com and we will help you exchange or return the item. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.

Orders outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
